Mr. Penisburg otherwise known by his stripper name "Meat Swinger" was Meg's boss at the superstore.
He was the manager at the Super Store USA quahog location. He was Meg's boss while she worked in the same store and offered her a promotion so long as she fired Peter, she declines and quits. Later in the episode he is killed by Brian Griffin when he drives a Tank through the SuperStore USA building with Stewie. This makes him the only human Character Brian Griffin has canonically killed in Family Guy.
He also appears to Peter in the episode "Coma Guy" alongside several other deceased characters in Peter's Coma dream.
