Klaus Heisler is a character from American Dad!. He is the pet goldfish of The Smith Family. Klaus used to be an evil German mastermind, before the CIA, kidnapped him and put his brain in the body of a goldfish. Since then, Stan has taken the fish home to live with the family as a pet, knowing that no matter how evil he gets, he will always be rendered harmless, in the body of a powerless goldfish.
